New Michael Jackson Tribute Artist Added To American Superstars At Stratosphere Hotel & Casino
The AMERICAN SUPERSTARS show at the Stratosphere Casino & Hotel is excited to announce Corey Melton as the new Michael Jackson tribute artist.
“We’re thrilled to have Corey join our incredible cast. He is an amazing talent with a lot of energy and his resemblance to Michael Jackson is uncanny. Together with his incredible voice and dance moves we have the perfect tribute to the King of Pop,” said Donny Moore, co-producer of AMERICAN SUPERSTARS.
Corey Melton comes to AMERICAN SUPERSTARS with strong roots in the music business, dazzling audiences around the globe from New York City to Las Vegas. His father was a club owner who booked headlining acts like Ike Turner and his vocalist mother worked with legends including Smokey Robinson and James Brown. Melton became an accomplished vocalist long before creating his tribute to Michael Jackson. He was a cast member of the performance company Team 11, a St. Louis based song and dance company produced by KPLR Channel 11. Melton also toured the nation while perfecting his dancing and acting talents and provided the vocals for many cover bands and various recording projects.
AMERICAN SUPERSTARS is a full-scale production show that combines the talents of tribute artists portraying the likeness and musical abilities of today and yesterday’s hottest stars. The American Superstars cast features tributes to Elvis, Britney Spears, Tim McGraw and Carrie Underwood. Backing the multi-talented cast are the high energy Superstars Dance Band and the beautiful Superstars Dancers. “Las Vegas Advisor” recently named AMERICAN SUPERSTARS “Best Entertainment Value in All of Las Vegas.”
Showtimes are Sunday through Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. in the Stratosphere’s Theater of the Stars Showroom. The show is dark on Thursday.
