Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower joins World Outdoor Racquetball and the World Players of Handball to bring the richest tournament in outdoor history to the Las Vegas Strip. Players and fans of racquetball and handball can get their fill during this three-day tournament; which features free viewing of top ranked pros in both sports competing in professional divisions. Amateur men, women and junior players will also battle it out for world titles in their divisions. Professionals will battle for prize money totaling more than $45,000; making this event the “richest outdoor tournament ever.”

“This is an exciting new sporting event that Stratosphere looks forward to hosting annually,” said David Grolman, VP Hotel Operations (and a competitor in the event). The event will take place in the parking lot on the East side of Las Vegas Boulevard, directly across from the Stratosphere. Tournament directors will transform the parking lot into a racquetball/handball lover’s dream with the construction of 11 outdoor courts. Tournament matches begin 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 23. This event is free and open to the public.

On, Wednesday, September 22nd – 3-Wall Ball will be coordinating a Kids Expo night from 5-7 p.m. at the tournament site as a kick-off to the event. The focus of the expo is to introduce kids to the sports of racquetball and handball; instilling health, fitness, and the skills of the game.
