Holiday Libations & Cheese & Wine With Chef Les Kincaid – Holiday Entertaining At Total Wine & More Store In Henderson
The newest store to open in the Las Vegas area by Total Wines & More is located in Henderson at 501 North Stephanie Street and offers much more than wine, beer and liquor. Included inside the store is a complete modern classroom where you can discover more about many things, including wine. This unique classroom provides the perfect atmosphere for learning about wine and food from renowned food and wine educator and syndicated radio wine show host Chef Les Kincaid.
Chef Les has scheduled a couple wonderful entertainment classes just in time for the holidays. “Holiday Libations is a fun class where you can discover and taste champagnes, wine and liquors to compliment your holiday party, including food, recipes and much more. The Wine and cheese class is very popular and introduces you to important facts about wine and about cheeses from around the world. The tasting is everyone’s favorite.” said Chef Kincaid. Learn the “How To’s” and terrific concepts and recipes for entertaining your guests anytime, but especially during the holidays. The class is just $40.00 pp or $75.00 per couple. Sign up for “Cheese & Wines Seminar” (10/30/10) Guests need to RSVP by email only to: les@leskincaid.com and receive confirmation by return email. Simply pay for the class when you arrive at 6:00 PM or pay by cash or check…..no credit cards. Handouts are distributed starting at 6:00 PM and class is over about 8:30 PM.
