Dust Off Those Kilts And Get Ready For The Ultimate St. Patrick’s Day Bash At McFadden’s – Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day At McFadden’s With A Lineup Of Events Chock-Full Of Irish Fun

McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is honoring its Irish roots with an unruly St. Patrick’s Day celebration complete with food, drinks, giveaways and of course, a Pot of Gold. Kicking off on Saturday, March 12, McFadden’s starts five days of Irish partying, because moderation is for wimps.

St. Practice Day – Saturday, March 12
McFadden’s brings back its annual St. Practice Day on Saturday, March 12, to gear up for the meanest and greenest day of the year. Hosted by The Party 93.1, the day of practice will begin at 11 a.m. with a hearty Irish breakfast. Served all day this most important meal will include crispy bacon, eggs, traditional Irish soda bread and juicy sausage for only $10. Revelers can also enjoy $4 green beers, $5 Irish Car Bombs and $5 Cherry & Grape Bombs. A pregame open bar will warm-up patrons from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. for only $15 and from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. the Irish hot spot will have an open bar for only $20 for ladies and $30 for gentlemen. And of course, Guinness, Killian’s and Bass specials will keep patron’s palettes wet all night, and buy two shots of Jameson and get the third free. To complete this warm-up, McFadden’s will feature performances by the Celtic Rockers starting at 8 p.m., resident DJ Ted will spin until 4 a.m. and Vegas’ only bagpipe band, McFadden’s Desert Skye Pipes & Drums will jam into the night.

Pot O’ Gold Monday – Monday, March 14
The party continues on Monday, March 14, with the lucky “Pot O’ Gold” hosted by SpyOnVegas.com. All party-goers will take a turn at pulling a drink special from the “Pot O’ Gold” from 9 p.m. until midnight. Lucky winners will walk away with free drinks, McFadden’s gear and more. Guests will also enjoy Guinness, Killian’s and Bass specials, along with $4 green beers, $10 25 oz. mugs of domestic drafts, $4 Guinness drafts and buy two $4 shots of Jameson and get the third free. JV All-Stars will perform from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. with DJ Ted spinning from 8 p.m. until 4 a.m.

Tilt Your Kilt Karaoke – Tuesday, March 15
McFadden’s cranks things up with “Tilt Your Kilt Karaoke” hosted by CityLife Magazine on Tuesday, March 15. DJ Squirrel will host karaoke, allowing brave patrons to step into the limelight and sing their hearts out on the McFadden’s stage. Anyone who sings a song will receive a free drink. Celtic band Darby O’Gill will perform from 9 p.m. until midnight, and locals with ID will receive $2 wells and domestics from 10 p.m. until close. The drink specials continue with $4 green beers, $4 shots of Jameson, buy two get the third free, $10 pitchers, $5 cherry and grape bombs and Guinness, Killian’s and Bass specials.

Cheers to Green Beers Wednesday – Wednesday, March 16
McFadden’s and KOMP 92.3 cheers to green beers on Wednesday, March 16 with $4 green beers all day, as well as Guinness, Killian’s and Bass specials, $4 shots of Jameson, buy two get the third free and the premier Irish band, Finnegan’s Wake, will perform from 9 p.m. until midnight.

St. Patrick’s Day – Thursday, March 17
The best day of the year, hosted by Xtreme 107.5, KLUC 98.5 and MIX 94.1, kicks off early at McFadden’s with “Kegs and Eggs.” Early raisers will enjoy all-you-can-eat-and-drink from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. for only $20. The first 21 people to arrive will receive a free beer for the 21 Shotgun Salute Beer Chug. For those who don’t make the morning feast, an authentic Irish breakfast will be served all day and night for only $10. A “Mid-day Mind Eraser” open bar will keep partiers going from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. for only $20. And each quest will receive a McFadden’s souvenir yard glass with their $10 cover along with $4 green beers, $6 Jameson shots, $5 green injection shots, $3 green JELL-O shots and Guinness, Killian’s and Bass specials. Party-goers will have a chance to show their sexy and creative side with a “Build Your Own Green Bikini” contest for a chance at a $1,000 cash prize and their very own custom painted McFadden’s guitar. Entertainment will include authentic Irish dancers, Bread and Circus from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. and the bagpipe band, McFadden’s Desert Skye Pipes & Drums, all day as well as DJ Ted on the ones and twos from 7 a.m. until close.

St. Recovery Day – Saturday, March 19
The Paddy’s Day party wraps up on Saturday, March 19 with McFadden’s annual St. Recovery Day. A pre-game open bar begins at 8 p.m. for only $15 and the evening open bar takes place from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. for only $20 for ladies and $30 for gents. All March birthdays drink free from 10 p.m. until midnight and all patrons will receive $5 Bloody Mary’s, $5 cherry and grape bombs.

McFadden’s presents nightly specials including: Laid Back Mondays, Ultimate Karaoke Tuesdays, Totally Trivia Wednesdays, Beerfest Thursdays, McFadden’s LIVE Fridays and ‘The Party’ Open Bar Saturdays.
