Long known for promoting the concept of Life is One Long Weekend, Tommy Bahama’s Restaurant & Bar at Town Square is ready to take the island-lifestyle outdoors just in time to enjoy the spring nights and sultry breezes. Patio Thursdays is designed to create the perfect escape from the normal routine; it’s about grabbing a few friends, turning the smart phone off and taking part in a three hour mini-vacation from the ordinary.

In conjunction with the launch of their new Island Time small plate and cocktail offerings, Patio Thursdays runs every Thursday night following from 4pm – 7pm on Tommy Bahama’s intimate private park-side patio. With the addition of live music and specialty rum drinks f rom their vast collection of over 175 rum varieties, the island spirit is now just an easy exit off of the 215.

Known for island-inspired culinary creations, the new small-plates menu will be featured at all Patio events (and can be ordered any night of the week during Island Time from 4pm – 7pm), and includes such eclectic offerings as; Tuna Poke, Fish Tacos, Prime Burger Sliders, Pork Lumpia, Candied Beet Salad, Calamari Noodles, Jerk Chicken Lollipops and Steak Sliders – each offered at bite-sized prices ranging between $5 – $10.

Additionally, after successfully launching their rum program last winter (now the largest in Las Vegas with more than 175 varieties from around the world), the Island Time menu introduces new rum flights designed just for the new patio party, with themes such as spiced rum, muddled drink and flavor infused rum. Each flight includes three signature cocktails and is just $10. Lastly, to really set the tone for the weekly outdoor event, the patio will be grooving to Town Square’s only steel drum and bongo live music performances. The new Island Time menu is available every day from 4pm – 7pm and the patio party will be every Thursday night from 4pm – 7pm.
