Thanksgiving Menus At Wynn Las Vegas and Encore
ALEX
At his namesake restaurant, award-winning chef Alex Stratta will offer a three-course prix fixe menu of flavorful, autumnal dishes such as Nantucket Bay Scallops with brussels sprouts, confit pear and toasted hazelnut puree and traditional staples such as Turkey Breast with turkey roulade, cranberry compote, haricots verts and stuffing.

BARTOLOTTA Ristorante di Mare
Award-winning chef Paul Bartolotta applies Mediterranean touches to traditional holiday dishes with his four-course menu at BARTOLOTTA Ristorante di Mare, which will be offered in addition to the standard a la carte menu.

Botero
This Thanksgiving, chef Mark LoRusso will offer a special five-course Chef’s Thanksgiving Tasting menu of inventive dishes including Roasted Kabocha Squash & Fennel Soup with candied pecans. Guests end their meal on a sweet note with a tasting of desserts from the restaurant’s celebrated young pastry chef, Sara Steele.

The Country Club
This Thanksgiving, guests of The Country Club can enjoy chef Carlos Guia’s expanded a la carte menu that will include festive dishes such as Roasted Free Range Turkey with cornbread stuffing, bourbon whipped sweet potatoes, cranberry chutney and giblet gravy.
Continuous seatings from 11:30am to 9:30pm.
Sinatra
The restaurant will be open, offering the standard a la carte menu of seasonal Italian American dishes.
Society Café
In addition to the standard a la carte menu, chef/partner Kim Canteenwalla will serve a special three-course Thanksgiving menu of playful plates including Kabocha Squash Soup with cinnamon dusted Gala apple chips along with traditional dishes such as Slow-Roasted Free Range Turkey with pancetta and sage stuffing, Yukon gold mashed potato, root vegetables and cranberry compote. At $39pp, the menu is truly a great deal.

SW Steakhouse
At Wynn’s signature steakhouse, chef David Walzog will serve roasted turkey and traditional trimmings in addition to the a la carte menu.

At Encore’s dynamic steakhouse, chef Rene Lenger will serve a special traditional turkey in addition to the standard a la carte menu.
