Tender Steak & Seafood Inside Luxor Las Vegas Honors National Bison Month This July 2013 With Tasting Platter

Tender Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino will offer two hearty specials to celebrate National Bison Month throughout July. Executive Chef K.C. Fazel will introduce a pair of original entrées including a Bison Tasting Platter and Charred Bison Tenderloin Carpaccio. In addition, the daily menu offers Bison Rib-Eye, Bison Osso Buco and Bison Top Sirloin.

The Bison Tasting Platter, priced at $60, will feature a trio of masterfully prepared meats including seared Bison Rib-Eye, Bison Top Sirloin Braised Pot Roast and Smoked Bison Sausage made in-house. The platter will be served with maple baked beans, barbecued Texas sweet onions and roasted fingerling potatoes.

The Charred Bison Tenderloin Carpaccio, priced at $16, will be served with corn chipotle relish, wild arugula, roasted red pepper mustard aioli and shaved Aggiano cheese.

Tender Steak & Seafood sources bison from the family-owned Durham Ranch in Gillette, Wyo. The 65,000-acre ranch operates in accordance with the National Bison Association’s Code of Ethics, which ensures the humane and sustainable raising of American bison.
