Tacos & Tequila Brings Out The Dead This Halloween – Get Your Dead On With T&T’s Halloween Pre-Party Costume Contest And El Dia De Los Muertos Celebration

Tacos and Tequila (T&T) will host Halloween’s biggest pre-party, Saturday, October 30, and will bring out the dead for El Dia de los Muertos, Sunday, October 31. The frightening festivities will include costume contests, spooky brunch specials and the most wicked cocktail of all, “Sangre de Vampiro” (Vampire’s Blood).

Saturday, October 30, T&T’s Halloween pre-party will kick off at 7 p.m. The first stop on the Strip for costume enthusiasts to win cash, T&T will give away $2,000 in cash and prizes going to the best three costumes. The Strip’s best Halloween pre-party will include tasty food and drink specials and T&T’s deadly cocktail, “Sangre de Vampiro,” a sinfully sweet blend of blood orange, spicy jalapeno and Hornitos Reposado Tequila, available throughout the month of October. DJ Ernan will spin the hottest music, while sexy Elissa joins the man who is always in costume, T&T’s Mariachi Elvis.

T&T will bring out the dead with El Dia de los Muertos celebration, Sunday, October 31 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. T&T’s deadly Mariachi Brunch, featuring music by Los Mariachi Muertos, will satisfy any craving with delicious Mexican specialties and spooky-themed cocktails. Little goblins will enjoy trick-or-treating, complimentary airbrush tattoos and T&T’s haunted photo booth costume contest. Children 12 and under can show off their eerie, fun and silly costumes for a chance to win exciting Halloween prizes.

“Sangre de Vamprio” recipe:
¼ Jalapeno (stem & seeds removed)
1 ½ ounces Blood Orange concentrate
¾ ounces Agave nectar
1 ounce fresh lime juice
¾ ounces orange Curacao
1 ½ ounces Hornitos Reposado Tequila

Shaken to perfection with ice then strained into a zombie glass with a fresh ice jalapeno spear garnish. Blood never tasted so bueno.
