Strip House Offers Several Tempting New Year’s Eve Menu Additions
Strip House, Las Vegas’ premiere steak house, offers several appetizing additions to its innovative menu New Year’s Eve – Dec. 31, 2008.
Several New Year’s Eve menu additions at Strip House offer a way to start the year off right. Special appetizer selections include Strip House oysters rockefeller with fennel, spinach, and parmesan cheese ($18) and spicy tuna salad with chopped avocado, frisée lettuce, red radish and wasabi roe ($18). A herb crusted boneless prime rib with fried shallots and creamy horseradish sauce ($54) and a broiled two-pound stuffed lobster with jumbo lump crab meat, black truffle, potato and parmesan crust ($72) add to Strip House’s list of signature entrées. Dessert features a tempting chocolate and passion fruit ice box cake with sautéed raspberries, toasted almonds and vanilla sauce ($12).
