Simon At Palms Place Makes Diners Fall In Love With Its Heartstopping Sweethearts’ Menu On Valentine’s Day Weekend

Simon at Palms Place treats all couples in love on Valentine’s Day to a romantic dinner for two which includes a three-course prix fixe menu and a complimentary strawberry crush cocktail for $65 per person.

Six kusshi oysters | two ways apple tarragon mignonette lemongrass, cilantro, jalapeño, yuzu
Salad of hearts | marinated baby artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, meyer lemon
American prosciutto | goat cheese stuffed dates, pine nuts, pedro jimenez vinegar
Lobster bisque | tarragon, brandy
Sushi and sashimi | platter for two

Butter poached lobster tail | roasted fingerling potato, fennel, drawn butter
Colorado rack of lamb | herb crust, Yukon potato gratin, cippolini onion
Whole organic chicken for two | grilled squash, mashed potatoes

T bone for two | couples choice of two sides
Grilled asparagus, mashed potato, macaroni and cheese, sautéed spinach, or forest mushrooms
