Las Vegans won’t have to travel as far as Rio de Janeiro to experience New Year’s Eve Brazilian-style when Via Brasil Steakhouse, an authentic Brazilian “Churrascaria,” celebrates with delicious food, signature Brazilian cocktails and live samba music and dancing.
New Year’s Eve at Via Brasil offers a prix fixe menu for $55.95 per person that includes the Rodizio dinner (selection of 18 meats, gourmet salad bar and sides) and a glass of champagne. A dinner package that includes dinner, dessert, coffee, soft drinks and open bar is available for $135. For groups of four or more who opt for the $135 per person package, Via Brasil will also include a complimentary bottle of champagne. Via Brasil Steakhouse offers a multitude of live entertainment in the spirit of one of the world’s most festive locations. Samba dancers will accompany a live samba band and the world-famous ball drop will be shown live from Brazil, New York City and the Las Vegas Strip. There will be two separate dinner seatings at 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.
An extension of the award-winning Via Brasil restaurant in New York City, Via Brasil Steakhouse offers the same exceptional cuisine and personalized service to Las Vegas. Guests are invited to step into paradise with an interior inspired by the iconic Copacabana Beach and experience the sizzling energy of Brazil through a dining experience like no other.
A traditional, authentic Brazilian “Churrascaria” (steakhouse), Via Brasil Steakhouse features a gourmet salad bar, eighteen different kinds of meats, including “Picanha,” (Brazilian cut top sirloin), poultry and fish prepared on their custom-made “Churrasquerias” (rotisseries), all carved tableside, as well as delicious appetizers and decadent desserts. A vegetarian option offering a wide selection from the salad bar is also available.
Located in Summerlin, Via Brasil Steakhouse is at located at 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89117 on the southwest corner of Charleston Boulevard and Fort Apache Road in the Fort Apache Commons shopping center. Open seven days a week, Via Brasil Steakhouse is open for lunch Monday through Friday starting at Noon and open until 11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, with extended hours until 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
