For $38 per person sushi enthusiasts can enjoy four-course menu throughout the month of November. Apart from sushi, other Asian fusion specialties are also served at the restaurant. For an additional $12 per person, guests can enjoy the sake pairing for each course.
The sushi journey will start with the Fantasy Roll, made with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, tobiko, asparagus, mint, avocado and King Crab and topped with yuzu sauce and thai mayo. The Man’s Mountain Sake, which has a full-bodied flavor and clean finish will be paired with the appetizer sushi course. The smooth and dry flavor of Diamon Momokawa sake is the ideal pairing for any of the second course which includes House Mixed Greens, made with mixed seasonal greens and signature ginger dressing and the flavorful Egg Drop Soup, made with vegetables and scallions.
The main course will feature the most popular Chinese specialties of Rice & Company’s. The three entrées include Chicken Teriyaki, made with marinated slices of chicken and onions and glazed with teriyaki sauce; Garlic Shrimp with Vegetables, made with plump shrimp tossed in tangy garlic sauce and stir-fried Asian vegetables and Beef & Broccoli, stir-fried in garlic oyster sauce and fresh steamed broccoli. Guests may choose between brown or white rice served family style which goes together with their meals. Rock sake, known for its light and refreshing flavor that pairs well with the various spices in the main course selections, will be paired with the main course.
The sushi celebration will round out with the sweet finale Peace, Love and Sushi dessert roll made up of kiwi, mango, cream cheese, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry wrapped in a sweet pancake roll. The dessert roll will be topped with yuzu and strawberry sauces. The light and refreshing White Peach sake, highlighted with a white peach aroma, will be paired in the mouthwatering dessert.
