Valentine’s Day Menus

Carmel Room will offer a three-course meal from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. for $52 a person.

The first course consists of Candied Beef with a Merlot Gastric or Passionate Blue Point Oysters served with a Fruit Mignonette or a Sunchoke and Celery Root Salad with a Pecan Praline and Black Truffle Vinaigrette. For the intermezzo guests will be served a Mixed Berry and Chambord Sorbet. For the entrée guests will enjoy Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass served with a side of Jerusalem Artichokes and Yellow Wax Beans or Filet Oscar with Lump Crab Meat and Jumbo Asparagus. Guests will be treated to a Chocolate Mousse Truffle for dessert.

Promenade Café will be serving a three-course meal from 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. starting at $14.99 a person.

For the first course guests have the option of a Raspberry Walnut Salad or Wild Mushroom Soup. For the main course guests can choose from Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon served with Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes or Pan Seared Halibut served with Sautéed Spinach, Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower or Oven Roasted Cornish Hen served with Wild Rice, Pineapple and Steamed Vegetables. For dessert guests will enjoy Tiramisu.

Rampart Buffet in addition to their normal menu will feature special Valentine’s Day Desserts from 4 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. for $13.99 a person.
