Panevino Ristorante Las Vegas Announces Regional Tastes of Puglia at Wine Dinner
Puglia, the heel to Italy’s boot, has some of the brightest beaches, most diverse architecture and mouthwatering cuisine. On Thursday, August 26, Panevino Ristorante will bring the tastes of this Mediterranean coastal region into its dining room for the restaurant’s monthly wine dinner series.
Beginning at 7 p.m. guests will enjoy Chef Andreoni’s five-course, prix fixe, gourmet dinner which will feature items such as Puglia’s staple “orecchiette” or ear-shaped pasta. Burrata con Zucchine alla Poverella
Burrata on a bed of crispy zucchini with fresh mint and garlic drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar

Baby calamari in a lightly spicy crushed San Marzano-style tomato sauce with green Cerignola olives, pine nuts, golden raisins and garlic ciabatta crostini

Small ear-shaped pasta with arugula, homemade Italian sausage, cherry tomatoes and shaved aged ricotta cheese
