N9NE Steakhouse Launches New Spring Menu Items – Seasonal Ingredients Provide Guests With Finest Selections Of Delectable Dishes
N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort introduces new spring menu items, including a delicious soup and salad selection, fresh seafood platter and a variety of entrées created from the freshest ingredients.
For starters, Executive Chef Barry S. Dakake offers guests English pea soup, made with lobster gnocchi, crispy pancetta and mint essence; Mediterranean salad, prepared with chopped romaine hearts, feta cheese, roasted peppers, olives, shaved red onions, cherry tomatoes and oregano vinaigrette; and back by popular demand, the medium shellfish platter, which is served with a selection of shellfish on top of shaved ice.
Savory and flavorful entrée dishes include sautéed sea scallops served with spring onion risotto and king crab paired with a white wine garlic sauce; grilled organic Scottish salmon topped with ginger, scented Chinese long beans, cipollini onions, daikon radish and a white soy-balsamic glaze; mahi mahi served with a shrimp crust and heirloom cherry tomatoes, English peas, sunburst squash, fava and wax beans and drizzled with a lemon preserved vinaigrette; and the Maine lobster, a five-pound lobster baked in garlic cracker crumbs and served with drawn butter and lemon.
Pairing perfectly with several of the steakhouse’s popular items, the Luxury Margarita is a tangy and mouthwatering libation featuring Don Julio Real, Blue Agave Nectar, a lime snowball and a drizzle of Grand Marnier.
