Murphy’s Law Bar & Grill Hosts Cinco de Murphy’s Party
Who: Murphy’s Law Bar & Grill and patrons celebrating Cinco de Mayo.
What: Murphy’s Law Bar & Grill is hosting a unique Cinco de Mayo celebration, Cinco de Murphy’s. Guests can enjoy $2.50 Coronas, $5 margaritas and $4 Matador shots throughout the entire day as well as food specials ranging from $5.95 to $9.95. Cinco de Murphy’s food specials are:
• Southwest Sausage Scramble Wrap – sauteed chorizo sausage, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, crisp potatoes and jalapeño peppers gently folded in a chipotle tortilla with scrambled eggs and melted cheddar cheese. Served with hash brown cakes and a side of salsa verde.
• Jalapeño Cheese Nachos – homemade tortilla chips smothered with melted cheddar cheese, jalapeños and a side of fresh salsa verde.
• Spicy CHEEZ-IT Chicken – strips of boneless chicken breast breaded with crushed jalapeño CHEEZ-Its, served with fries and a smokey chipotle ranch.
• Crunchy Pescado Burrito – tender cod breaded with crushed tortilla chips and fried golden, served in a chipotle tortilla with lettuce, tomato, avocado and cheddar cheese. Homemade tortilla chips, salsa verde and a fresh lime wedge are served on the side.
