Marinelli’s Italian Restaurant At The M Resort Spa Casino Introduces New Pre Fixe Menu And Happy Hour
Marinelli’s Italian Restaurant at the M Resort Spa Casino will introduce a new Happy Hour menu to its bar and more than 20 new authentic Italian dishes and desserts to its dinner menu on Feb.1. The Italian restaurant will also feature new entrees starting at just $19, and a new three-course pre fixe dinner menu available for just $32.
Marinelli’s Bar Happy Hour menu will feature your choice of seven antipasti items for just $7 and five specialty cocktails for just $5 daily from 4 pm to 10 pm. Favorites on the menu include the Italian Meatball Slider, pork and beef meatball, marinara and melted fresh buffalo mozzarella; Vongole Al Brodo, steamed fresh clams with garlic, herbs, wine and chili flakes and Fried Bocconcino, crispy fried mozzarella with creamy marinara sauce.
Specialty cocktails include fresh Sangria made with Merlot wine, Absolut Citron and oranges; Pomegranate Margarita made with tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice and pomegranate syrup; Blood Orange Cosmopolitan with Stoli ohranj, Triple Sec, fresh lime juice, blood orange juice and a splash of cranberry juice and Champagne Mojito with Pyrat XO aged rum, splash of champagne, fresh lime wedges and fresh mint.
From beginning to end, Marinelli’s takes great care in providing authentic, regional Italian cuisine. Highlighting spectacular flavors with simple presentation, Marinelli’s dinner menu includes risottos, handmade pastas and seafood specialty dishes as well as selections from the Marnell family recipe book. With entrees starting at just $19, guests can expect to see more choices on the new menu including more chicken selections, pastas, seafood, pizzas and salads. The dinner menu will also include a new three-course pre fixe menu for just $32. The menu offers your choice of six appetizers, seven entrees and three desserts.
“At least 70 percent of the menu is new. We took the time to ask our guests what they wanted to eat and we’re excited to debut, what we feel, is a strong price point and menu with more options like our Happy Hour and pre fixe dining,” said Anthony Layton-Matthews, Vice President of Food & Beverage at the M Resort.
Located across from Baby Cakes patisserie at the M Resort, Marinelli’s beckons guests with a magnificent 22-foot-wide marble stair entry flanked by herb gardens. The crest of the Marnell family, for whom the restaurant is named, greets guests as they enter the 150-seat casual Italian dining room.
Rich earth tones and dark woods combined with soft lighting and marble accents create a warm environment. The open dining room showcases scenic murals of Italy painted on the ceiling, fire-red hand-blown glass chandeliers and, at the center of the room, a beautifully-crafted wooden table with an endless supply of aged Italian cheeses and northern Italian artisan breads.
Intimate booths and tables offer views of the resort’s outdoor pool piazza and al fresco dining is available on the terrace. A 20-seat private dining room overlooks the piazza and is available for business events, personal celebrations, holiday gatherings and cocktail parties.
Marinelli’s is open for dinner daily from 4 pm to 10 pm. Happy hours feature specially-priced antipasti and cocktails in the bar only from 4 pm to 10 pm daily. Dinner reservations are welcomed by calling (702) 797-1000.
