Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Rings In 2010 With Multiple Parties This New Year’s Eve
The place to be this New Year’s Eve will undoubtedly be the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where the party experts have outdone themselves again. With the opening of the all-new Vanity nightclub, the closing of the infamous Body English and an over-the-top performance by Grammy Award-winner John Mayer’s band, John Mayer Trio at The Joint, this New Year’s Eve will be one not soon forgotten.
For guests looking to dine prior to getting the night started, Rare 120 and AGO will be taking reservations for prix fixe dinner menus in celebration of the New Year. With crowd capacity looking to exceed years past, Hard Rock will be offering a boutique buffet to make sure all guests are accommodated.

Vanity, the latest nightlife creation at the Hard Rock, invites you to ring in 2010 with style as they open their doors for the first time on New Year’s Eve. Hard Rock’s sexy yet elegant nightclub Body English will bid farewell on New Year’s Eve after six successful years. Body English invites its fans to have drinks on the house one last time with open bar all night long and a champagne toast at midnight. For a special parting gift, the infamous nightclub will be giving away the iconic crystal chandelier hanging over the dance floor to the customer with the highest tab on New Year’s Eve.

Rock club Wasted Space welcomes DJ/Drummer duo 51 Fifty performing live New Year’s Eve. The rock pair includes Las Vegas’ DJ Presto One and Wasted Space’s own, Dustin Johnson on drums. Enjoy rock ‘n’ roll beats with an open bar all night long and a champagne toast at midnight.

Rare 120 invites guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a luscious five-course meal. The first course starts off with baked oysters with Black truffle cream spinach, followed by Foie Gras Brulee, oven dried strawberries and 50 year aged Balsamic vinegar. The crisp salad is a Asian pear and arugula salad with Black River blue cheese and candied walnuts. The main entrée is a mouth-watering Rare 120 surf & turf Australian lobster tail and Filet Mignon. And to finish the meal, a delectable dessert of molten chocolate cake and peanut butter ice cream.
Each course can be paired with hand-selected wine.

AGO

AGO, owned and operated by Agostino Sciandri and Hollywood icon Robert De Niro, is ringing in 2010 with a special New Year’s Eve menu. The four-course menu allows guests to experience some of AGO’s most popular signature dishes. For the antipasti, guests will choose between the baby beets salad, marinated chilled Salmon with Robiloa cheese or the fresh crab tartar, Winter melon and crispy vegetables or the Beluga Lentil soup with homemade sausage. The second course offers the lobster ravioli with green zucchini in a brandy sauce or the old fashion thick spaghetti with pork belly and yellow pepper sauce. Thirdly, the New Year’s Eve menu offers the seared beef medallion and grilled prawn with mashed parsnip and fresh peppercorn sauce or the grilled lamb chops with stuffed backed tomato and fresh herbs or the grilled escolar, with roasted spice eggplant and olive pesto. Lastly, AGO is treating guests to dessert – Italian bread pudding with espresso gelato and golden raisins.
Each course can be paired with hand-selected wine.

Pink Taco celebrates the New Year with a Mexican feast. Starting off with a Ceviche Campechana (shrimp, scallops and Pacific whitefish marinated with a sweet and spicy blend of lime, Serrano peppers, red onion, cilantro and finished with fresh avocado and roasted red pepper aioli. The Ceviche Campechana is served with crisp tostados). The main dish is a choice of two single tacos (chicken, carne asada or carnitas) and tortilla soup or chicken tostada salad. For dessert, enjoy tasty cinnamon churros. Receive a complimentary Mi Casa Margarita available with the menu.

ONE NIGHT STAND

Buffet cost is $55 per person
To ensure every guest is accommodated this New Year’s Eve, Hard Rock is offering a boutique buffet event, One Night Stand, in Muse Hall 9 and 10 so more people can partake in the evening’s festivities. While a DJ spins, a variety of delectable dishes will be available, as well as a cash bar. One Night Stand buffet will be another excellent option for a great meal.
