First Food & Bar Las Vegas Debuts Fall Dinner And Dessert Menus
WHO: FIRST Food & Bar – The high energy of the city is wrapped up in amazing eats and drinks in this hip restaurant and bar that allows guests to keep an eye on all the action with amazing views of The Strip – inviting to locals and tourists alike.
WHAT: Chef Sam DeMarco keeps foodies and those in-the-know coming back week after week with his seasonal, creative takes on classic dishes.

* Thailand Tuna (Dinner) – Coconut marinated ahi poke, shrimp chip, mango chutney, spicy mayo. ($17.77)
* Franks ‘N’ Beans (Dinner) – Sammy D’s cassoulet, assorted sausages, celery root slaw, pretzel nubs. ($21.11)
* Autumn Salad (Dinner) – Endive, cashews, grapes, blue cheese, balsamic. ($13.33)
* Grilled Mahi Mahi “Tostada” (Dinner) – Julienne veggies, crispy tortilla, lime crema. ($30)
* Chaitea Braised Lamb Shank (Dinner) – Pear almond couscous, cumin yogurt, harissa oil. ($32)
* Pan Seared Diver Sea Scallops (Dinner) – Brussels sprouts, bacon, celery root puree, maple vinaigrette. ($28)
* Thanksgiving Lasagna (Dinner) – Pilgrims invade little Italy! Turkey, sweet potato puree, stuffing, giblet gravy, cranberry relish ($24)
* Hot Chocolate Crème Brulee (Dessert) – Toasted marshmallow top. ($11)
* Black Forrest Holiday (Dessert) – Celebration cranberries, mint chocolate chip gonna be all-right! Good enough for two. ($15)

Dinner served daily beginning at 4 p.m. until the wee hours of the morning

Happy Hour Daily 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. – 1 a.m. featuring 2-for-1 Patron and Stoli drinks and draft beers
