Envy The Steakhouse Serves Up Music And Mimosas With Sunday Brunch Featuring Pianist Wes Winters
ENVY The Steakhouse presents “Mimosas & Music with Wes Winters.” Beginning Sunday, February 15, Pianist Wes Winters will brighten up brunch with his renditions of “I Can See Clearly Now,” “That’s Life” and many more.
Wes Winters is considered to be one of the most popular and versatile entertainers in Las Vegas. Self-trained with a list of credits including television, radio, live theater, composing and producing Mr. Winters conceived, wrote, produced and starred in “A Musical Tribute to Liberace” at the world-renowned Liberace Museum. He will perform a solid repertoire of standards and musical favorites at the ENVY The Steakhouse’s Sunday brunch.

The Sunday morning brunches includes wine and cheese tasting, unlimited sparkling wine, Mimosa, fruit smoothies, and a “Build your own” Bloody Mary bar. Appetizers include fresh fruit and berries, smoked salmon with tomatoes, red onions and capers and ENVY’s signature fruit and granola parfaits. The “Mimosa’s & Music” brunch also features various serving stations, including omelets, classic Belgium waffles and seafood stations. Entrees will include Egg Benedict with hollandaise, vanilla raisin Brioche French toast, and mini gourmet sandwiches. The dessert menu consists of a homemade variation of mousses, chocolate covered strawberries, and assorted mini pastries.
The Sunday morning brunch are $25 per person and are offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a performance by Wes Winters from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant at 702.784.5716 or by visiting www.envysteakhouse.com.
