Executive Chef Geno Bernardo creates a five-course delectable tasting menu, paired with select wines from the Darioush Winery.
Shellfish and Crudo – Unfiltered raineri virgin olive oil, celtic sea salt, herbs
Bob White Quail Salad – Frisse, baby beets, roasted shallot vinaigrette
Tortellini – La quercia prosciutto, ricotta, arugula
Strauss Free Range Veal – Braised, cheek, crispy sweetbreads, scaloppini
Tasting of Italian Cheese – Robiola, lombardia, castelmango, moliterno black truffle pecorino

Nove Italiano invites fine dining enthusiasts to enjoy exclusive wine and food specials every Monday, which include half-priced bottles on more than 300 wines from vineyards around the world. In addition, guest DJs will be spinning beats and entertaining guests on select Mondays. A small bites menu is also available nightly in the bar and lounge area only and includes: cured meats, pizza, clams, crab cakes, calamari and meatballs. Each dish is $9. Pasta specials include ravioli ($14), alforno ($11), tortellini ($12), gnocchi Bolognese ($11) and spaghetti ($13).
