Celebrate the Holiday Season with Rampart Casino – Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dining Specials

Christmas Day Menus

The Carmel Room will offer a three-course holiday feast for $48 and five-course tasting menu for $79 from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. The restaurant will also feature a la carte items.

Special Holiday menu items include Stocking Stuffers (appetizers) a Carmel Holiday Salad with Romaine Hearts and Roasted Tomato topped with a Black Truffle Vinaigrette for $9, Seared Atlantic Sea Scallops for $11 and Maryland Crab Cake for $14; The Big Present (entrees) are Roasted Goose with Cumberland Red Cabbage, Spatzle, Sweet Potato Souffle and Cabernet Cranberry Sauce for $32, Bone in Lido Farms Veal Chop with Shallots, Potato Cake, Garlic Spinach and Red Wine Sauce $36; and Whole Roasted Lobster Tail with Sweet Potato in a Vanilla Sauce for $38 and for dessert a Ginger Crème Brulee for $8 and a Holiday Stollen for $8.

Promenade Café will serve a three-course meal from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. for $11.95 per person.

The special menu offers a choice of Pumpkin Bisque or Santa’s Favorite Salad with Baby Field Greens, Mozzarella, Heirloom Tomato, Red Onion, Fresh Basil, crispy Pancetta drizzled with Herb Vinaigrette. Entrée choices are Herb Roasted Turkey with homemade stuffing, oven roasted Vegetables, Lemon Herb Mashed Potatoes and Cranberry Sauce or Honey Cured Ham with an Apricot and Honey Glaze, served with Cinnamon Pecan Smothered Sweet Potato and Brussel Sprouts with Candied Walnuts or Potato Wrapped Halibut pan seared until golden brown served with a Dill Hollandaise, Saffron Rice and Roasted Vegetables. Dessert is a choice of Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie or Fruit Cake.

Rampart Buffet will add a special Holiday items from 11 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. for $16.95 per person.

Holiday specials include Rotisserie Leg of Lamb with Mint Sauce, Old Fashioned Pot Roast, Classic Potato Latke, Pumpkin Bisque, Pecan Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Christmas Cookies and more. Additionally, items from the Asian, Italian, Mediterranean and American Cuisine stations will be available.

New Year’s Eve Menu

Carmel Room will feature a four-course meal with surprise additions compliments of the Chef for a fixed price of $100 or $150 with wine.

The first course will feature Florida Stone Crab with Maine Lobster, Artichoke, Yukon Potato, and Blue Lake Bean Tian. The second course is Serrano Ham with shaved Oregonian Pears, Celery Root, Black Truffle and a Champagne Vinaigrette. The entree includes a choice of Yellowtail Snapper with Caledonia Prawns, Napa Cabbage Confit and Bacon Sherry Jus; Grilled Country Natural Beef Tenderloin with Porcini, Chestnut, Fennel Gratin or Violet Lamb Rack with Sautéed Baby Vegetables and a Violet Mustard Sauce Robert. Dessert is the “New Year’s Eve Finale,” a chocolate lovers delight consisting of Valahrona Chocolate, Cheesecake, Molten Lava, Sorbet, Petite Fours and Truffles.

Promenade Café will offer a three-course meal with a complimentary glass of champagne from 4:00 p.m.- Midnight.

Starter choices are Lobster Bisque or a Classic Spinach Salad. Entrée choices are Filet Mignon with a Béarnaise Sauce, Haricot Verte, and Petit Potatoes for $22.95; Broiled Lobster Tail with Herbs and served with Drawn Butter and Lemon, Mini Baked Potatoes and Baby Vegetables for $24.95 or $42.95 with a Filet Mignon; Chicken Scaloppini sautéed with Lemon Butter Sauce, Fresh Basil, Capers, Artichoke Hearts, Tomatoes, and Black Olives served over Linguine for $14.95 or Pan Seared Sea Bass served over Sautéed Leeks with Roasted Baby Vegetables and Lemon Herb Mashed Potatoes for $17.95. Dessert is a White Chocolate Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce.

Rampart Buffet is offered at $70 per person.

The Rampart New Year’s Eve Gourmet Buffet features many special items for the evening such as Duck Confit-Dried Cherry Salad; Spinach and Mandarin Orange Salad with Bacon Dressing; Caesar Salad Bar with Shrimp, Chicken and grilled Portobello Mushrooms; House made Gravlax; Smoked Whited Fish; Smoked Salmon; Beef Wellington with Perigourdine Sauce; Macadamian Crusted Sea Bass with Hawaiian Fruit Relish; Braised Short Ribs; Truffle Mashed Potatoes; Clams and Black Mussels “Fra” Diablo; Seafood Stuffed Maine Lobster; Broiled and Garlic brushed Giant Shrimp plus many other choices. A Chocolate Fountain along with an assortment of other desserts will satisfy any sweet tooth. A Martini Bar will also be on hand to help celebrate the New Year.
