The restaurant’s location and ambiance are in perfect harmony with Chef Tran’s exotic interpretation of the menu, creating a relaxed and memorable dining experience.
Since its opening in 1994, Búzios remains one of Las Vegas’ top seafood restaurants. The restaurant continues to receive critical acclaim and has developed a loyal following of both locals and visitors from around the world. Chef Tran’s new creations will add a tantalizing twist to the menu while honoring the classic preparations.
The Chef
Chef Trang Tran’s love for food began at an early age when she was taught technique and presentation from her grandmother. As an adult, Tran became involved with her son’s school functions preparing cheesecakes, pies and even lasagnas. Her innate talent became increasingly recognized which soon resulted in her own catering company. Her passion for the culinary world led her to Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. Since then she has benefited from the training, leadership and creativity from her tenure at acclaimed restaurants as Lucques in Los Angeles, eat. on sunset in Pasadena and Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
