Búzios, Martorano’s And VooDoo Steak At Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino Offer Three-Course Menu Deals

Búzios Seafood Restaurant, Martorano’s and VooDoo Steak are now each offering three-course menus for $29, $39 and $49 per person, respectively. These appetizing meals are sure to please the palate and the wallet. Each menu offers a starter course, main course and dessert course with optional supplements, all for a price that won’t break the bank.

Búzios Seafood Restaurant presents guests with a delectable array of premium lobsters, oysters, mussels, clams and shrimp flown in fresh daily from around the world. All the culinary creations are flavored to perfection, creating a unique seafood dining experience. The three-course menu offered for only $29 features the following:

* Starter course: choice of Caesar salad, mixed baby greens salad or a cup of clam chowder
* Main course: choice of grilled breast of chicken with herb butter, grilled or blackened Atlantic salmon or Pacific swordfish or Rio Black Canyon beef 6-ounce filet mignon. Each entrée is served with a choice of two sides
* Dessert course: choice of crème brulee or strawberry shortcake
* Optional supplements: Domaine Chandon Classic Brut champagne toast and wine pairing for $15 per person and/or steamed or grilled whole 1 ½-pound lobster for $25

Martorano’s prides itself on homemade Italian-American food created exclusively by famed chef Steve Martorano. The restaurant’s new $39 three-course menu features the following:

• Starter course: choice of a caprese salad or stuffed hot peppers
• Main course: choice of rigatoni pollo or ziti with broccoli rabe
• Dessert course: choice of ricotta cannolli or old world spumoni
• Optional supplements: Santa Maghertia Prosecco toast and wine pairing for $18 per person and/or Martorano’s famous homemade meatballs with gravy for $12 per meatball

VooDoo Steak is known for its breathtaking view of Las Vegas, located on the 50th floor of the hotel. The view only adds to the delicious cuisine which features prime and “Rio Dry-Aged” gourmet steaks as well as other American food with French Creole flair. The $49 three-course menu includes:

* Starter course: choice of Caesar salad or classic creamy five onion soup
* Main course: choice of seared Atlantic salmon, butter-basted thyme free-range chicken or Rio Reserved Black Canyon beef 8-ounce filet mignon
* Dessert course: choice of two petite desserts including black and white mousse verrine, coconut fruit tart and chocolate crème brulee, among others
* Optional supplements: Domaine Chandon Classic Brut champagne toast and wine pairing for $20 per person and/or a choice of two side dishes for $12

All the three-course menus are offered without substitutions and are available in addition to the restaurants’ regular menus.
