Bonnets and Brunch: Envy The Steakhouse Presents Easter Brunch With Pianist Wes Winters

WHAT: ENVY The Steakhouse celebrates Easter Sunday with music, mimosas and traditional Easter dishes. Easter brunch, accompanied by a live performance by pianist Wes Winters, includes wine and cheese tasting, bottomless sparkling wine, Mimosas, fruit smoothies, and a “Build your own” Bloody Mary bar.  Appetizers include fresh fruit and berries, smoked salmon with tomatoes, red onions and capers and ENVY’s signature fruit and granola parfaits.  Brunch also features various serving stations, including omelets, classic Belgium waffles and seafood stations. Entrees will include Eggs Benedict with hollandaise, vanilla raisin Brioche French toast, and mini gourmet sandwiches. The dessert menu consists of a homemade variation of mousses, chocolate covered strawberries, and assorted mini pastries.

This Sunday’s brunch will also include carving stations with traditional Easter Ham and Rack of Lamb, as well as expanded salad and dessert stations. 

Easter Brunch is offered at $35 per person. Kids under the age of 12 will receive a 50% discount and children under 5 are free.

WHEN: Sunday, April 12, 2009.  Serving brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and live music by pianist Wes Winters from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
