Bellagio’s Fountains Brunch At Jasmine Offers Stunning Mother’s Day Brunch Experience
Fountains Brunch at Jasmine is ready to treat mom to an incredible Mother’s Day brunch with a special menu created for her big day. Executive Chef Philip Lo has added Atlantic Salmon Wellington and Brioche-Crusted Rack of Lamb to his already stellar menu that includes Peking Duck carved tableside, Kobe Beef Carpaccio wrapped with white asparagus with a truffle emulsion and house-made Chicken-Apple and Chorizo Sausage. A trip to the dessert room is the perfect ending to the meal, featuring an assortment of truffles, miniature French pastries, white and dark chocolate-dipped strawberries and a Mother’s Day Chocolate Treat.
The Mother’s Day menu at Fountains Brunch at Jasmine is priced at $65 per person or $78 per person with all you can drink champagne.
