The unique new store Liquor Library will make history as it opens in early November 2012 at McCarran International Airport. The store will be distinguished as the first and only packaged liquor store which is located in the airport’s baggage claim area.
The store will operate in the US without duty-free restrictions, and it will be the first airport liquor store in the country. A wide variety of wine, spirits, beer, cigarettes, cigars and on-the-go essentials will be competitively priced with the liquor stores on-Strip.
“Las Vegas visitors will love the convenience of picking up their wine and spirits while at the airport. Once you get to your hotel it isn’t easy to get to the liquor store, and with Liquor Library, it can be the first stop of your vacation. Plus, wine, spirits and cigars all make great last-minute gifts,” Richard Worthington, co-owner of Liquor Library said.
Liquor library is located at a 1,350 square feet venue with designs focused on forms and functions. The interior allows an efficient product presentation and display through its vertical and library-style shelving. Adding to the distinctiveness of the Liquor Library brand are the library ladders, white marble countertops, dark hardwood floors and themed graphic display walls. Guests will experience an exceptional customer service experience and a remarkable welcome to Las Vegas from the employees identified through their librarian-inspired uniforms.
Local business leaders Christian Haase and Richard Worthington co-owned the Liquor Library. It will be open every day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
