Free Haunted Tours At Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition This Halloween Season!
Recently featured on SciFi’s Ghost Hunters, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at Luxor has people questioning if lost passengers have returned to the personal items they once carried on board. Have some spooky fun and discover if the ghost stories are true with a free haunted tour October 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 and 31 at 8 p.m. with paid admission. Get a glimpse below of some of the chilling details to be shared this Halloween by the Titanic experts who have seen and heard it all.
· Hear about the “Lady in Black” who is often seen on the Grand Staircase, crying for her famous friend Molly Brown in the First Class Gallery or listening to the disturbing ice warnings.
· See Frederick Fleet, the Titanic’s look-out, watching over the Promenade Deck as he attempts to make up for his unfortunate late sighting of the iceberg. Despite surviving the tragic event, Frederick suffered from terrible guilt and ended his own life, some say to return to his duties at Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition.
· More than just ghost stories, guests can learn about the longest living Titanic survivor who passed away exactly 80 years to the day the Ship struck the iceberg, as well as other mysterious coincidences connected to that fateful night.
· Find out who prophesied the sinking of the Ship of Dreams by writing to a friend just a few days before perishing in the North Atlantic, “Right now I wish the ‘Titanic’ were lying at the bottom of the ocean.”
Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at Luxor provides visitors with the opportunity to become a passenger and feel the excitement of that April day as they move through expanded Exhibition galleries; view more than 20 never-before-seen authentic artifacts including gaming chips, passenger personal papers and decorative sections from Titanic’s famed Grand Staircase; and experience the Ship’s historical journey in chronological order: from the construction yards, to her maiden voyage, first and third class room re-creations, the Promenade Deck, the Grand Staircase, the fated sinking, to modern day recovery efforts.
Tickets for Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition are $27 for adults, $20 for children, $25 for seniors and $24 with a Nevada ID. Guests must purchase a ticket before lining up for the haunted tour.
