The Las Vegas Mob Experience Replaces “Dethroned” Mafia Princess With Heir Apparent Son

The Las Vegas Mob Experience is pleased to announce that Carl Manno, grandson of infamous Chicago crime boss, Sam Giancana, and son of the self proclaimed Mafia Princess, Antoinette Giancana, has joined the project as a consultant representing the Giancana family.

Last week, the Las Vegas Mob Experience terminated its consulting agreement with Antoinette Giancana, daughter of Sam Giancana, citing her gross misconduct and breach of contract. Problems with the Princess however, were brewing for months before she was finally given the boot.

Ms. Giancana alienated all of the other “family” members involved in the project, as well as the operational staff, to the point that several months ago, being deemed too difficult to work with, she was instructed not to return to the company’s corporate headquarters.

According to Jay Bloom, Managing Partner of the Mob Experience, “Ms. Giancana was always resentful of the fact that The Las Vegas Mob Experience highlighted numerous famous individuals related to the history of organized crime and the role they had in the building of Sin City. She wanted this attraction to be the Sam Giancana show, with her as the spokesperson and shining star.”

Bloom went on to explain that the attraction is not about one person, “We are privileged to have the involvement of the family members of many relevant historical figures including Meyer Lansky, Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel, Tony “The Ant” Spilotro, Al Sachs, Jimmy “Blue Eyes” Alo and Allen Smiley.”

Mr. Manno, when asked about his mother’s conduct stated “I have spent my life apologizing for my mother’s erratic and unpredictable behavior, and I find myself having to do it again here.”

Mr. Manno went on to say that he is “Excited to be a part of this extraordinary project at Tropicana Las Vegas, joining the other family members in bringing additional artifacts and personal stories about my grandfather.”

They say, that in the Mob, one should never assume their status is secure because there is always someone waiting to take the place of the fallen.

The Las Vegas Mob Experience will open its doors to the public for previews on March 1, 2011, with its formal Grand Opening scheduled for March 29, 2011.

About Murder, Inc., dba The Las Vegas Mob Experience | http://www.LVME.com

Owned and operated by Murder, Inc., LLC., The Las Vegas Mob Experience is a highly interactive, immersive experience anchored by a collection of over 1,000 authentic artifacts once belonging to the famous organized crime figures who helped create the Las Vegas we know today. Leveraging the latest in interactive entertainment technologies in enhancing the artifact collection, The Las Vegas Mob Experience immerses its guests in a presentation of the rise and fall of organized crime. The fall is a direct result of the successful efforts of Nevada State Gaming and law enforcement officials. Through first person accountings, offered by apparitions of famed gangsters themselves, visitors will be able to experience the world of organized crime and learn about the role its major players had on the building of Las Vegas, and their eventual eradication from the casinos. The Las Vegas Mob Experience captures a lost era, chronicles Las Vegas’ early years and tells the stories of the real men behind the myths. The Las Vegas Mob Experience neither glorifies nor vilifies the Mob, it simply presents a historically accurate view of what guests will decide are either a group of ruthless gangsters or ordinary individuals who lived extraordinary lives.

Why Book Just One Suite When You Can Own The Entire 150-Room Rumor Boutique Hotel in Las Vegas For Just $13,000 For The Night?

The Siegel Group, owner of Las Vegas’ newest hit property, Rumor Boutique Hotel, invites anyone with the dream of owning a hotel for the night, to pick a date, and pick up their 150 keys. The intimate, boutique chic property is offering individuals, companies or groups the ability to reserve the entire hotel for just $13,000 per night.  No other guests.  No fighting for the best suite or wondering who you will find in the lounge or down at the pool. All for the cost of what one villa might fetch on the Strip.

Having debuted in late summer of 2010, Rumor was an immediate success, and quickly garnered accolades from the press and the public alike.  Evoking a Las Vegas-meets-Palm Springs hotel with a Los Angeles feel, Rumor is infused with unconventional design that creates a cozy, boutique resort atmosphere.  Featuring not only distinctive character and charm, it also serves-up an environment that makes it perfect for private events ranging from outdoor concerts to multi-stage DJ extravaganzas to intimate and private weddings.

“We wanted to create a hotel experience which was unconventional and fun, yet definitely urban and sophisticated,” explains Stephen Siegel, founder and chief executive officer, The Siegel Group.   “A sense of playfulness and intrigue greets our guests as soon as they enter, and they immediately notice no big check-in area, noisy casino or winding lines.  We have completely transformed the way people will think about Las Vegas by offering personal customer service in an intimate environment. With only 150 rooms, we thought why not offer the entire hotel for an affordable price?  Who hasn’t wanted to play like Eloise did at the famed Plaza for just one night,” quips Siegel.

From the décor to the staff, everything about Rumor defies the usual Las Vegas experience. Guests of Rumor are greeted by Chinese foo dogs, hand carved from solid slabs of distinctly colored cantera stone.  The porte cochère is perfectly framed in flowing drapes and the check-in area leads directly to the lounge; bypassing the usual Vegas-style 25,000 square foot thumping club.  Rumor offers a truly cozy and inviting space to see, and be seen in.  As soon as guests enter through the 10-foot glass doors, they are met with soothing ivory and white tones and are quickly engulfed into the laid-back, yet sexy personality of the hotel.

For the price of just an event space in other hotels, Rumor Hotel features all deluxe suites with private patios and balconies, intimate sitting rooms and luxurious oversized soaking tubs.  The buyout also features the use of a stunning outdoor grass event area and pool deck outfitted with crisp white cabanas and the hotel’s premiere restaurant and courtyard, Addiction.

Package Details:
Total per night is $13,000 (excludes food & beverage, taxes and gratuity).  Offer is good from June 15, 2011 to December 27, 2011 and is based on availability.
