Cannery Casino & Hotel to feature Valentine’s Day dining specials at Waverly’s Steakhouse and Vino’s Ristorante on Monday, February 14. For reservations, please call (702) 507-5777.

Waverly’s Steakhouse will be serving a four-course meal from 5 pm – 9:30 pm for $40 a person. All entrees include a glass of red or white house wine or champagne.

The first course is Fried Oysters with a ginger wasabe beurre blanc. The second course is a Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad. For the third course guests have the option of Beef Tenderloin Medallions and Lobster Oscar topped with asparagus and lemon hollandaise and a side of fingerling potato medley or Pan Fried John Dory topped with morel mushrooms in a sweet vermouth pan sauce served with a side of sweet potato fritters and asparagus. February is the time to give gifts of chocolate and flowers to sweethearts and loved ones, but BODIES… The Exhibition wants to remind everyone in Las Vegas that it is also National Heart Month and the perfect time to give the gift of life. There are several ways to give a heart this February and help people who are in desperate need of organ or tissue donation: fill out an organ and tissue donation card and register with the State Donor Registry, join the National Registry of potential volunteer marrow and blood stem cell donors, donate blood, and most simply, let family members know about the intention to be a donor.

Described as a “life-changing experience,” BODIES…The Exhibition is one of the most fascinating and educational experiences in Las Vegas.
